Bain consoled the skipper after Celtic lost to Aberdeen last season
Scott Bain is certain Callum McGregor will have no problem turning his frown upside down for Celtic this season.
The captain was in tears at the end of last term when Aberdeen pipped his side to the Scottish Cup Final after a nerve-shredding 120 minutes of football.
McGregor would miss in the resulting penalty shootout and be visibly upset when the final whistle blew and it was Jimmy Thelin's Dons celebrating with the trophy in hand.
Rather than the annual trophy parade at Celtic Park - where McGregor has already earned 24 winners' medals - fans were left sympathising for their skipper as he was consoled by Brendan Rodgers and then goalkeeper Bain.
